Dr. Andrew C. L. Yuen (袁志樂) is the Director of Executive MBA Programme at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School. Dr. Andrew Yuen graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) obtained with BBA and MPhil degrees. Later, he obtained his PhD Degree of Transport Economics from Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia, Canada. Currently, he is a Principal Lecturer of Department of Decisions, Operations and Technology, CUHK. His main research interests include aviation and maritime economics, industrial organisation and applied econometrics. He published academic papers in various international peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Transport Economics Policy, Journal of Air Transport Management, Transport Research Parts A and D, Maritime Policy and Management and Pacific Economic Review. Dr. Yuen was appointed as Assistant Dean of CUHK Business School, and Co-director of Integrated BBA Programme, between 2012 and 2014. Since 2014, he has served as the Associate Dean (General Education), SHHO College, and the Director of Policy and Knowledge Transfer, Aviation Policy and Research Centre at CUHK.
Joseph H. L. Ko (高厚良) currently lives in Sydney, Australia. During his career, he spent over 17 years at Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong covering various positions in marketing, project management and strategic planning. He also worked 3 years in a travel technology company in Tokyo as Head of Marketing. A graduate from the University of Hong Kong, he obtained his MBA from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor USA. Arriving in Sydney in 1998, he started his own individual consulting services and received contracts to work for a couple of corporations in Singapore. Influenced by his exposure to entrepreneurship during his MBA studies, he decided in 2004 to turn himself into a small business owner instead. Between 2005 and 2008, he acquired two food service stores in Sydney and managed to achieve significant sales improvements. Being also a part owner of a business brokerage firm, he provides consulting services to help aspiring small business owners with business plans and strategies. Since 2012, Joseph has been involved in book editing for the EMBA Programme of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The job keeps him very updated on developments on all fronts around the world. Coupled with his interests in music and football, along with time spent on cultural travels, Joseph has kept himself very interested in life.
